The parish family of St. Ann’s Church congratulates you on the birth of your new baby, and your choice to celebrate the Sacrament of Baptism for your child.

The celebration of the beautiful Sacrament of Baptism is a wonderful gift for your child, salvation in Jesus Christ and membership into our Roman Catholic faith. This is also a very important decision on your part because, as the parents, you are the first teachers of your child in the practice of the faith.

This is why you yourselves will need to be active in your Catholic faith and participating members of this Catholic community at St. Ann’s Church. We must teach what we believe, practice what we teach.

As with any celebration there is need for preparation, and the Sacrament of Baptism is no different. We have developed a Baptism Instruction Class to assist and guide you through the preparation process to have your child initiated into our Catholic Faith.
